I'm really annoyed with myself today. I had a good system going and I was finaly losing some weight. Now I've gone and made some more changes, perhaps too quickly, and I've messed everything up.
I like simple systems. I hate disruptions. I like to know what to expect and when I don't I flounder around lost and end up making poor decisions. So I'm going back to my simple system that was starting to work for me - I am wondering right now, if it was starting to work,then why did I change??
